Dr Luc Boudreau’s research team from the Université de Moncton is currently looking for collaborators from the beekeeping community for a provincial-wide propolis study.

The goal of the study, which was recently financed by the New Brunswick Innovation Foundation (NBIF), is to evaluate the beneficial properties of propolis from several collection points in the province. The research team is looking to collect propolis at different specific times during the summer.

Beekeepers that are interested in providing small amounts of propolis (about 100g) to the research team can contact directly Luc at luc.boudreau@umoncton.ca for further information.
